Lewis 5 motorsports reputable??
This is my own experience thus far and I am starting to get concerned. I ordered a pair of carbon splash guards from them which were supposed to ship this past Monday. I was supposed to receive tracking and never did. No response to 3 calls and multiple emails. Anyone else care to share their experience with them. So far not real impressed! I hope they come thru on the item I already paid for. Should I be worried or are they known for delaying or even fulfilling orders. Time will tell.

Go back and look at the number of members that had trouble with them. Always the same, product doesn't ship when promised. They stop answering the phone. And if it plays out as mine did when you received the splash guards they will be of inferior quality.
When I complained they wanted to change me a delivery and restocking fee. Luckily I had used PayPal and my credit card so I did get full amount back. Good Luck and realize they are not a forum authorized supplier but some forum suppliers use them.

FWIW i've read many threads on here about people being unhappy with their customer service. Others have had a good experience with them.

This is my concern. Sue called me 100 times until the sale was made. She is impossible to reach at this point, I just find it very peculiar. I really hope the quality is as promised. She made some very confident claims on how great the quality was and sent me pics that looked great. My first concern is if I am going to get them, and my second is will they be of decent quality? Damn, wonder if its too late to cancel somehow. I already paid by credit card. It's funny when I think back because she was very adamant about me sending a money order. Glad I didn't.
It took them so long on my order that the time was almost up.

Hopefully this is the truth. When I checked tracking its not showing that it shipped yet but a label has been created. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but with others having similar situations, It makes me wonder. I will keep everyone posted if and when they show up and the condition they are in. Thanks for all your input and we will see how this story unfolds!

Susan was so nice to deal with initially on the phone when I placed my order that I felt very comfortable dealing with them. Did she have a family emergency....possibly, but after reading some of the other forum member experiences, I sincerely am worried about my order. I really hope they arrive as promised. The tracking is now showing a delivery of Tuesday. Now my concern is if the quality is going to be as promised?
