03 C5Z CD Player Not Working
I have a 2003 Z06 with a CD player that displays error for each and every CD that is inserted. Is replacing with a stock unit the best route?

I have already cleaned mine twice in 10 years and it fixed it both times.
The laser just builds up junk.
Kinda like the film that builds up on the inside windows.
You eventually have to clean it.

Easy fix..... clean the laser.
