extra plug?
Was trying to fix a messed up blinker problem and cut the wires right at the socket , now head lights are stuck up. Anyway , I spliced the blinker back into place and it works fine, headlights turn off and on but both are stuck up! I found this while messing with the blinker. I doubt it has anything to do with my head light problem but who knows.The plug is located in the general area of the head light mess... I pulled and cleared all codes BO something or other was the only C code

drivers side, it does look like a vacuum line but I cant figure out what up there needs vacuum? Headlights went down when I changed out the taillight fuse, but I am still not sure what that electric and vacuum looking line is, they are hooked together. Maybe had something to do with the stock breather??? If so its been gone for years. I just had a rebuilt motor put in, but they didnt mess with anything that far forward on the car. I am not to worried about, glad to get headlights working again
