So I'm thinking about getting a Z06. The guys wants 16k for it and it has 120k miles. It also has a lot of mods done by Texas speed and performance including fully built 2.5 CNC heads and a 231/234 cam. It also has full exhaust, hurst short throw, new coil overs, TDP stage 3 clutch, hall tech CAI, and 42ib injectors.
I forgot to mention that the mods were done at 100k and before that an older lady drove it to work every day. The paint on the hood is coming off slightly but can be repaired and there is a medium size scratch on the back bumper right under the corvette lettering.

120k is alot of rompage miles on that poor girl. and having above average mods done you know they didnt shift at 2,500
Older guy...probably mid thirdys or early fourtys. 120k wasn't the rompage. 0-100k was older lady and 100-120k was adding perf parts and rompage. Does that make it better?
That hood alone painted already is worth over $1000. Sounds like a good deal if the bottom end is still strong.
? you can re shoot a hoot for under 300 dollars and that's using a nice ppg paint. it's maybe 3hrs labor + supplies the hood is one of the cheapest parts on a car to repaint
as for the OP the price is right in line
16 is fair
15 would be a killer deal.
if you were planning any of those mods i'd hand over 16, mods get expensive
Well I'm leaning towards doing it. I'm completely new to corvettes, so do you guys think this car will last me a good while? I'm not going to race it or anything, maybe an occasional 40 to 100 but I'm defiantly not going to rag on it.
