I don't know much about the vendor but I'm sure someone will soon chime in. But, you need to remember the following important points when going with aftermarket wheels.
1) How are they made: forged, cast, etc. Forging would give you the strongest and lightest wheel (OEM are forged).
2) Are they chromed aluminum or polished. Polished would be preferable (OEM thinspokes are polished).
3) What do they weigh. For me, this is a very important point. The OEM thinspokes are extremely light. You do not want to go with a heavy wheel or a wheel that is heavier than your stock wagon wheels. Heavy wheels do not make sense to me for light sports car applications.
4) Where are they manufactured? Beware of the cheap Chinese knockoffs. Don't get me wrong, there are some very good wheels manufactured in state of the art Chinese factories. I'm not referring to those. I'm referring to the cheap, gravity cast wheels made by some no-name Chinese manufacturer which can have any company name slapped on them.
Just keep in mind that wheels and tires are all that connect your car to the road below it. Your life literally depends on the quality of your wheels and tires. I think it is the area where you should spend the most to get the best quality.
I ordered a set of black ZR1 replica wheels from him last year. Great price, easily balanced and have held up great, the finish on them is like glass. He also includes matching lug nuts. Great vendor, he is very helpful with any questions or issues you have
JWMotoring is a Forum vendor with a long and good reputation. It would be safe to buy from there. Just make sure the 2 of you are clear on the condition so the transaction goes smoothly, if they are not new. I really like the polished thin spokes on my car. The chrome is TOO MUCH for me. However to each his own.
PS: I would recommend you train the TPM sensors already installed on the wheels before you mount the tires to make sure they are good, whether you reuse or put in new. You can then just mark with tape designating for the shop where each wheel goes. Too many people fail to do that and then have problems. It also helps your case if one does not work after mounting in case they damaged it.
To the OP, call Jhonathan (JW Motoring's owner) and he will be happy to disclose to you the manufacturer of these wheels and his history of their quality. Then do your own research on them on the Forum and elsewhere if you like. Alternatively, you can likely find used GM spec thin spoke wheels for sale in our "C5 parts for sale" sub-forum.
Jhonathan is a highest quality vendor, in my experience, and he will be very responsive to your questions and issues.
And yes (to the other poster's query) JW Motoring does sell the ACA HID light kits, as do a couple of other of our vendors.
Sounds like a good vendor, surprised there is no phone number to call them only email. Hasn't returned my email but it's only been a couple hours. All the used wheels I have found have curb rash. All after markets I have found are crome not polished

Thanks for the kind words guys.
Those are out of stock right now. I sent you a link with some pics. The forum member who purchased those posted that quote. You could always contact him to see what he thinks. He was very happy with them when he purchased
