Default Power seat issues.

So I'm 6'5" and the last owner of my car was maybe 5 and a half feet on a good day. Lucky for me, the seat is dead and in his position. Now I've been doing a bit of research to see if there is any common issues that may provide a quick fix, not really to any avail. However, I did gather that the DIC may provide some info on the matter. Under the SCM menu, I'm getting a "no comm" message. I have no movement, but the bolsters work. I'm thinking of just pulling it and setting it permanently for me. Input?

There are a few other codes, but all of them have the "H" designation which I understand means history, as in I don't have to worry about them.

I value my knees, so any help would be much appreciated.

If you have an SCM no Comm issue it could be as simple as a loose connection. More likely it is a module issue. I would recommend you clear your codes and then post everything that comes back for us to review.

PS: On pulling codes. If you pull codes AFTER shutting down the engine, most codes will show as H.
