I recently just picked up my 03 Z and I love the car, BEST car I ever bought. Its completely stock and EVERYTHING on the car works properly with the exception of the CD player. I have literally driven it less than 100 miles since I got her home. Yes she will be a garage queen. But the other day I tried to play an original(unburned/copied) CD and I would only get ERR, I know it means error on the display. It would eject the CD after trying to read it for about 5 seconds.
I was just wondering if I will have to replace the entire CD player unit(unsure of actual name) to have it work or if there was a "quick fix" that could fix the problem. I do not want to install any aftermarket units or anything like that. I will consider replacing it with a factory unit but only if necessary. Thanks in advance.
