Side Air Dam
I noticed that I broke the passenger side air dam on my '03Z and was hoping someone had a similar experience and could give some thoughts. The bolts were still attached to the air dam and it looks like the two bolts closest to the side of the car actually broke the bottom of whatever it is attached to (can't crawl under but I assume the fascia?). The actual air dam is not broken, it looks like it broke whatever it was attached to (some piece of the fascia was stuck in the c-clip with the bolts still in it).
Has anyone had this happen and is there a good fix? Obviously don't want to replace the fascia for a broken air dam hole. I found the reinforcers but given that those two holes broke away from the fascia I don't think the reinforcers will fix the problem? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
