Z51 package????
Mr Bill or anyone else for that matter.In Alreads thread you mentioned that if you get a automatic tran.to make sure it comes with the Z51 package.I have never heard of this before and I must confess that my knowledge about Vettes is quite limited and I would be greatful if you could explain what this package consists of.I have a 2001 convertible with the 3.15 gears and that is about the only thing I know.

The Z51 package comes with the 3:15 gears, stiffer sway bars and shocks and a power steering cooler. Check your glove box for the sticker and if you see Z51 you have it. Yes I forgot about the stiffer springs.

The Z51 package is a nice upgrade to the suspension on the C5. I do not have it on mine, but that's OK - I still thoroughly enjoy driving the car.
