I picked up my 01 about a year ago now. Went to get my new plate sticker and was told I couldn't have it unless I took the dam emissions smog test. I explained my car was in winter storage but tough tittie was their response... I did have the thought to go today but our roads are not rid of this record winter snow just yet... I'm afraid she'll have to sit with the trickler IV on her just a bit longer. Dang.
