can someone explain to me where the 2 pin connector goes when switching from a ls1 to a ls2 throttle body
i understand the 6 pin connects to ls2 tb on right of pic
the flat one at top plugs into stock ls1 wire connector
where do i connect the one on the left
The LS1 throttle body has 2 connectors, and the LS2 only has one, so the harness plugs into both of the existing connectors, and combines them into one connector that plugs into the LS2 throttle body.
The LS1 throttle body has the flat connector on the passenger side, and the 2 pin connector connecting directly to the end of the stepper motor on the driver side of the throttle body.
The LS2 throttle body only has 1 harness on the driver side of the throttle body.
See pictures below (LS1 on top left with 2 connectors, LS2 on bottom left with only 1 connector).
