Congrats on the car, Enjoy driving it, and trust me you will. 2 things come to mind about mods, Screens and Fog lights.

First: Congrats!

Take it slow for now but there are quiet a few mods you can do performance and looks wise!

Best way to go about it is look at pics of what others do or go to a Vette show and if a wheel or something catches your eye then you know your wheel!

Handling wise there are a few options too, but again drive it and see what more you want then go from there!

Performance wise, drive it like you stole it, at times, and if you get beat by another car and you want more or just more HP to suit your liking then you can do bolt on parts - then there is more like LS6 manifold(did not come on 97-00) H/C, LT's, Supercharger etc.

Just keep us posted with the questions and we can give you options and opinions and what has been PROVEN to work and as well, shot down myths!

Thanks,Matt

You can't do that! there will always be something this or that blah blah blah!

You got a very nice Vette and you will be happy, and like you said it's not that much more that you paid!

You will do a few mods here and there just be happy and don't look around anymore, mod what you got!

Thanks,Matt

Yes-you have the Z51(Performance Handling ) package. Should have a power steering cooler below the power steering pump.

I still have to do this from time to time out of sheer disbelief!

I would start saving $$ again and (depending on financial circumstance) buy another to "toy" with. Then you can have a daily driver and a special occasion monster never too many cross flags in the garage! Congrats

Congrats on the new Torch Red Beauty!

Think you got a good deal on her. Mods? Perhaps cat back system and go to some rallies and events to see what others have done/are doing before you decide.

No need to waste money on what you think you want until you see, look, listen to the mods others have made.

Again, CONGRATS!!
