Default passenger seat controls ?

I have a question, on my 98 vette, I can't seem to find the passenger seat controls. I have looked and would seem to think it would be the in the same location as the driver's side, however there are no controls. Underneath the seat it looks just like the driver's side which is powered (non sport seat). So seems to lend it to being a power seat as well.

The only control I can find is the leaver on the side which controls the back of the seat, there is nothing showing how to move the actual seat back and forward.

Wondering if someone could help

thanks

There should be a black bar in front of the seat towards the bottom that sticks out where you can grab it, this moves the seat frontwards or backwards. It will look like the seat on the left in the pic below.

I checked on that, I see no lever or anything that would resemble where one would be located. I see a motor under the seat just like the driver's side, but no buttons or switches. I am wondering if the seat is a standard power seat where are the controls located
thanks

If the seat is a power one, the controls would be on the outboard side of the passenger seat bottom just like it is located on the driver's side. Look on the RPO sticker and see if there is an AG2 code listed (Power Seat Adjuster, Passenger, 6-way). If there is, it should have the controls on the side of the seat.

Only thing I can think of if the AG2 code is listed but no controls are there is that perhaps the previous owner had a problem with the seat motor, decided not to fix it, and subsequently replaced the leather due to wear and left the control buttons off.

One other possibility, the seat was maybe replaced with a driver's side seat and the controls are up against the console.
