This is silly, and total speculation. Dynos are different, operators are different, weather is different... I have a mid-range EPS cam, LSXR 102 intake manifold with a ported 90mm LS2 TB, Kooks headers and high-flow X, Halltech intake, and laid down 424rwhp at Loud Pedal Motorsports in Phoenix, AZ this past October...

Seems pretty damn low, doesn't it? However, my odds would be pretty good vs a cam-only guy who dynoed 450rwhp in Detroit in October, because there are a ton of variables between dynos AND atmospheric conditions play a large role as well

Well as others have said.... Its hard to speculate.

You said exhaust.... what exhaust ? Long tube headers ? or just cat back exhaust ? Or both ?

Head work... are they stock 243 heads ? Some porting ?

Pics would help us all figure out what you have.

On an LS6... Just adding an intake, 1 3/4 long tube headers, cat back exhaust and a tune will give you around 390rwhp/380rwtq. A buddy of mine just dyno'd that 2 weeks ago on his new virgin 2004 Z06. I dyno'd the same 9 yrs ago on my 2004 Z06 with just those mods.

Depending on what head work you have done, and what cam size you have, will give us a better idea of HP estimates.

Some head/cam combo's can give you close to 500rwhp.

The fact that they have larger injectors on the car makes me wonder if the tuner found your car running out of fuel.
My stock injectors were running too high of a duty cycle when I was at 450rwhp/428rwtq.
I upgraded to 36lb fuel injectors to get my duty cycle down.
Maybe they upgraded because of the same reason ?
Its hard to say.

I'm at 471rwhp/441 rwtq with my setup on my LS6.

Sorry if I sounded snippy, it was late and we see these same questions and answers here SO FREAKING OFTEN

Hell, I'd like to know what mine would dyno under ideal conditions

Your heads are the key to your numbers; I'd love to swap these for those. Probably would net me another 25rwhp vs these PRC 5.3s.

I'd suggest Trickflow 215s as done by Brian Tooley, with a matching cam. When I was NA, mine did 483/432, but I had a ported FAST90/TB and an EWP, 25% UD pulley, injectors, homemade CAI. I picked my own cam, a 228-232@112+5 and .600 lift from Crane. The setup didn't eat the stock clutch until I added the FAST.

...you should be putting down the blind concern for HP...at least until you know what the heck was done to your car and you actually dyno it.

So little info to go on...and any guess is therefore pretty foolish.

Dyno numbers mean nothing. The quality of pump gas even comes into play. While some guys may have gotten 500whp out of their HCI setups back in 07-08, these days the same setups on the same Dyno in the same conditions would be lucky to make 480whp safely. Tuners can't advance timing like they used to because of the lesser quality of fuel. So if seller of said car quotes you a number that it put down a few years ago, don't be disappointed if it doesn't make what you expect.
