Hey y'all I found a template here on the forum for a the battery box cover from a while back. I printed it out and cut it out of cardboard to test fit but it just seems too big and doesn't fit right. Was wondering if I could talk any of you fine friends into a) tracing yours out on an actually piece of paper and dropping in the mail to me or b) have or know of an online printable template that will work for me. I really want to make my cover and a something to follow sure would save some time & material.

I used the same template as you (I presume) and had to make a few adjustments to the cardboard before cutting my plexiglass for the final fit. Didn't take very long. Just make sure your cardboard template is right before cutting your final material. PM me......maybe I can help.

PM me your mailing address and I'll trace the battery den cover I have and send it to you. Mine fits perfectly so if you cut one in the same shape, it should work just fine.

Thank you! Yours came out pretty cool looking. is that red door jam molding or something around the edges? The paint or decals came out very nice. Really cleans up the area I sent the vetteman my address and hoping to get a tracing of his that will save a ton of time. I started to try to tweak that .pdf one that we found and downloaded but when pieced together it seemed off more than I really wanted to tweak it. Thought it might be easier just to start from scratch. Could be printer or me being on a Mac or something too. I dunno but I do know that area looks like its missing something without it.
