Coolant crossover pipe under intake
Just need clarification on a problem I am having.. I put an LS6 intake on my 00 Corvette. If memory serves I used the stock coolant lines under the intake (the type that has a metal line running under the intake to the back two holes).. And again if memory serves me correctly I had rubber "O" rings as seals but eveything I am googling shows little metal "tabs" with an O ring type of seal in them.. I dont remember these on my car at all and could quite possibly be the cause of my coolant leak So on a LS1 with the stock coolant lines do I need these??

Burning Brakes
Some use the metal gaskets with the o-rings, and some just use o-rings. Look at the under side of the coolant pipes, if their flat, use the gasket type. And if there is a groove, use the o-rings.
