Can anyone help me identify the black cylinder part located in front of the right fuel rail cover with the braided lines?

It appears to be an oil catch can with braided hoses.

No sir, not a factory piece. It's an aftermarket add on.

Okay, I see that now after doing some research. Sounds like a good idea from what I've read so far. Thanks for the information; without that I didn't know where to begin researching!
