Default 34 fuse

In a previous post, op had the same problem as me. His driver side door did not unlock by key fob. The answer was to replace the 34 fuse. In addition the doors don't lock automatically after the car goes past 15 mph even though I have that feature turned on. Before I replace the fuse, can anyone tell me if 34 fuse is also linked to this feature? Thanks.

Fuse 33 and 34 in the I/P fuse box provide power to the driver side door module. These are the only power sources to operate the door locks windows, and mirrors.

The remote request and the 10 MPH door lock feature are sent via the serial bus to the door module. This is just one wire.

If the fuses are good then it could be the connector in the A-pillar. Other option is the door module is bad or the BCM is not providing the signal. Could again be some interim wiring issue but unlikely. The RFA feeds the remote request to the BCM but could not be the sole culprit since it is not part of the 10 MPH lock feature.

If you need to see if the voltages get to the door module I can provide how to do that.

Thanks for the info.
By remote request, do you mean the signal sent from the keyfob to the door lock/
Both sides of my windows and mirrors work but only my passenger side lock work. I should replace first fuses 33 and 34 to see if this clears the problem. If not, part of the problem as you state could be the door module or just a relay.
Please let me know how to check if the door module gets power as this will be my next step if fuses are good.
I have read most of the posts in the general section since buying the car 7 months ago to familiarize myself with the car.

Yes, when I said by remote request I did mean using the key FOB.

Does your driver side lock and unlock just fine using the door switch? That would tell me if the motor is good and if it works and that both module relays are good.

Also, do you have Memory? If so, test to see if the mirror memory works. The memory settings are stored in the door module.

Also it would be nice if you could check the connector in the driver side A-pillar. Pull back the accordion wiring protector and unplug the connector and inspect for any concerns like loose/spread female connections.

Let me know that info and then we can go further as needed.

Just when the weather is warming up to drive the car I have to go out of town for a couple of weeks.
Thanks for the help. I will get back to this post upon my return.
