I came across this pic and have never seen this rear diffuser before. Anyone have more pics and information?

First time I've seen one like that, not real sure it would work for me, but I might could get used to it.

No. That is an OEM diffuser for a C6. Corvette Creationz makes the C6 clone bumper that accepts the C6 diffuser.

The diffuser in question is BPP's C5 diffuser... Maker of the Vortex Rammer intake.
