Timing chain change?

Timing chain change?
My 02 has 286,000 miles and the little things continue to break. My A/C Compressor went bad and I need to change it. I want to change the water pump, belts and tensioners while I am at it, does the timing chain need replacement at any time or mileage point? Anything else I should consider while I am working up front?

If I were you I'd almost consider just pulling the motor and doing a rebuild instead of just doing a timing chain and little things here and there .. just have a completly fresh motor instead of having to worry about going back in to replace stuff
heck just to get to the timing chain your not far from pulling the motor
