Bash Bound, Bowling Green
Headed for the Bash in Bowling Green this week.
Any pointers I should know about or look forward too? I have never been before, so I not sure what to expect.

There are many, many restaurants in BG, a couple of great ones on the square in downtown. Other sites worth mentioning are the Lost River Cave, Beech Bend Park, Mammouth Cave, and as I recall there are musical bands in the downtown park. Welcome, we love our city.

I can't believe that I failed to mention the guided tours of the Corvette plant. It is a must see, please make reservations as soon as you get into BG. The people at the Corvette museum can help.
Speaking of the Corvette museum, I just switched my Corvette Insurance to the people based there. Saved monies, you may want to check this out.

In addition to the museum you might want to check to see if the Assembly plant is reopened for tours. While I really enjoyed the museum visit (one can easily spend hours in just the gift shop), the plant tour was incredible, and very well done.

Thanks for the info. We have our confirmation # for the museum and have been told the plant will be open for tours. Any restaurants close by we need to check out?
