Engine Bays!
Hey everyone!
Just cleaned my engine bay today and I know how much y'all like pics, so here it is!
Anyone care to share some of theirs and their favourite quick bay mods?

Engine bay looks great. Clean is always good.

To this after a few years of buying things for it,

Wow! What an incredible transformation. The OP's engine bay is also nice!
I went with a different theme. I'm pretty much done but I plan to add some braided hoses later this summer.

Braided hoses will really set that off.
When I first did my initial clean I used a mix of 50-50 water and simple green. Really did wonders and the rest was easy to get a good cleaning done. OP, what did you use to get yours so clean?
Thanks for the compliments. Much appreciated.

Simple Green is great for transforming engine bays that were never cleaned on a regular basis.
In my case, an ounce of prevention is key as I simply wipe down my engine bay with a damp MF towel after washing my car. This is after I've removed the excess water and wiped down the door jams, trunk edges and hood edges. The towel is usually damp enough for me to clean the engine bay. When it's time for a show, I then detail with vinyl dressings, etc.

Phil, where do you get the valve covers and other ss/chrome goodies from? BTW, that looks unbelievably sick.

None of this is even fair anymore! haha
To be fair, I think our engine bays are the coolest. C6 and C7's are kinda blah.
