Since GM did not offer chromed thin spokes from the factory, are they OEM wheels that have been chromed or are they reproduction wheels?
For chromed OEM wheels, I'd say $500-600 if no blemishes at all. For reproduction wheels, $300 - 400 or so.
Hmm, so are mine not stock, then?
The chrome is peeling and I had issues with 2 tires not sealing because of chrome peeling off the lip. I am looking to swap these out soon, but was considering having the chrome stripped of and powdercoating them something cool like gunmetal.
<edit> They are chrome, just very dirty in that pic.
If you have "chrome" peeling off the run- then it's either after-market chrome or an after-market rim. The C5 polished thinspoke has the C5 emblem in the center cap - - the red Corvette lettering in the photo is a simple decal available from many vendors.
I recently sold a decent set of GM thin spokes that really needed to be polished and had some curb rash - - but were absolutely serviceable-- for $450. I think the guy spent some dough "true-ing" them up and having them polished . . . so he might have some better than new rims for under $750 . . . .
I sold mine with with 75% rubber on them for $500. Good deal for the guy that had the same wheels but two of them were cracked.Mine were pristine.

Stupid question, is there a GM stamp or something on the inside of the OE wheels or another way to know if they are chromed OE or repros? Thanks, learn something new everyday.
