Default Rear suspension question

Hi All,
Just replaced my '01's original runflats with Michelin Pilot Sport AS3's and what a difference. Tires ride smooth and are real quiet. While the tech was replacing the tires I got a call from the manager saying the right rear outer tie rod was worn and would have to be replaced before they did an alignment. I was told it would be $208.00 for replacement ( dealer part) and I basically told the manager to "get bent".Took the car over to my friends Aamco and when we put it on the lift the outer tie rod end had so little movement it was barely perceptable...you had to put your finger on it to feel any movement. Question is should I just replace both outers or inner (is the inner replacable ??) and outers on both sides?...do the inners wear that much to warrant replacement ??...does anyone sell the whole tie rod assembly ??...I was also thinking of replacing the stock sway bars with Z06's with the metal links...Is the Z06 sway bars a good choice ??...I don't race but just want a little better handling...is the GM Parts Warehouse a good place to purchase ??...any recommendations from anyone ??...THANKS !!

Rob
