MGW shifter with c6 knob?

MGW shifter with c6 ****?
I'm wanting to get a MGW shifter and a C6 ****. In order for it to work can I just buy the C6 **** that's threaded for the stock C5 handle? Thanks for the help.

You can buy the mgw shifter with the non threaded rod and the c6 shift **** slides on to it. The only thing you need to do is buy a set screw to lock the shift know in place and your good to go. I have this current setup in my C5 and it looks and feels so much the stock c5 ****

I realize this is an old thread but do you remember who you had rewrap your shifter handle? I'm having a very difficult time finding a c6 handle in medium dark neutral to match my 50th AE interior. I'm also unable to find the DD radio bezel in my color. Did you paint yours to match or did you buy it that color? Thanks
