I bought it from eBay for my 99 c5. I tried to get info from the lady before I bought them but although she was very kind, she admitted she didn't know anything about the product aside from the fact that it is louder than factory.
I was told that if I found out after I put them on that they are too loud, epartsgogo gives you a 60 day return policy - (as long as you don't cut them up since they are bolt on and ready to go). Keep in mind they do weigh 50 lbs and the company offers free shipping as an enticement to buy them. That being said, you would more than likely be stuck paying return postage.
I asked her about decibel level, she said louder than factory "off road usee only" - same thing flowmaster says. I asked her if the mufflers increased air flow to help engine breathe easier as it exits the back and she didn't know that either.
Apparently, there was also nobody else they transfer you to if you have a complaint.
