I agree, I get relatively few waves from C6 owners which is a major bummer since I waited quite a long time to have a car like this to enjoy with other people on the road. The people in C7s, C5s and C4s are always quite happy to wave it up.

Haven't seen many C7s around here so far so not really any opportunities to wave. I will agree that the C6 crowd tend to not wave, but it is not limited strictly to them. A number of earlier generation car owners do not wave either.

When I had my C3 It seemed like it was the C5 guys that didn't wave. The truth is not all Corvette owners wave.
Not sure why people seem to get upset about other drivers waving back or not. I'm sure I've not waved back at some people, and you know why? Because I'm busy paying attention to the road. I'm not in a damn parade.
This is especially true for cars moving in the opposite direction. Sorry, I'm looking at the cars in front of me.
Have had the same experience...was next to a red C7 the other day...the guy and I were waving and revving. We got on it a bit from the stop light (on a rural, non-busy road). It was cool. That C7 looked badass in my rearview mirror!

I'm not ever upset about it.....just noted something about the few C7's I've seen. I've accidentally not seen a wave so didn't get the chance to return it. It's okay.....
But the C7 folks sure seem happy......I wonder why?....Hmmmm
The wave goes way back ,I was waveing in 1965 in my 61 and have been doing it ever time I see another Corvette , it's kinda like we know something the others don't it's HI I got a vet you got a vet we are happy and howde other Corvette person are we cool are what??? If you don't get it well the Mustang people don't wave eather so well maybe you should be in one ..Just saying..
Between the motoycycle, the Challenger and the Vette, I quit waving since it gets annoying after about the 1st year of ownership. If the other driver is a hot blonde, I might reconsider.
