I'm not aware of 02 simulators that ACTUALLY fool emissions tests on cars like ours with 02 sensors before and after the catalytic converters.
Any tuner or person with tuning software can tune the sensors out so that the PCM doesn't read the sensors, and doesn't turn on the check engine light.
No need for simulators.
