I use wagon wheels for my slicks. They are cheep and easy to find.
But we all know they are ugly.
I spent a little time with a can of spray paint, and a vinyl cutter.

I found vinyl material at "Hobby Lobby" that is for exterior use. It is flat black and seems to be O.K. so far. $1.29 per sheet and 3 sheets will do all 4 wheels with a few just in case one makes a mistake. Patience and an Exacto knife is all you need.

Think you could send me the cut path you used for these for your plotter? I have access to a vinyl cutter and black vinyl at work. I could even make some extras if people like if they want to cover what it'll cost me.
