Actual function
In the body shop on Friday and they are wrapping up my car. I have a ECS installed SC and they modify the front spoiler into the rad mount. I bought a new 3 pc spoiler kit and he installed the middle one so nice and was about to install the two end ones and I said hold up don't install them yet.
Without them installed with only the middle one installed it's nice and streamlined. Now my car is lowered from coils so on the ground ,you unless looking for them can't see them. I was concerned about heat but being a Z it has the open fascia and I have a license plate Mod done so I'm thinking air is okay plus middle unit is gaped and sloped so it will function sending air up into rad. Anything else these flimsy end pieces do?

I believe the two end pieces are more for aerodynamics than any kind if cooling effect. The center portion is the one that directs air into the radiator area.
