Tire Size
Will these size tires fit on factory z06 rims.
Nitto 555
275/40-17 NITTO NT555 98W BW
295/45-18 NITTO NT555 112W BW

That tire is too tall, you'd be better off with the 285/40-18. Or go with the 555RII's and the 305/35-18 rears.

But to answer your question, yes, they will fit on the rims.

...just not look good, plus a 40/45 changes your gear ratio. Stay with a 35!

No, the front size is fine, it's that rear tire you listed that's too tall
The 285/40-18 or 285/35-18 are much better matched to your setup

Honestly I couldn't tell you. Its just a weekend cruiser, only been caught in the rain once and it was in traffic for just a few minutes.

If you're going to drive it in the rain, I'd skip those Nitto 555's. They may do alright in the first few thousand miles, but after that, they can be down-right scary in the rain.

Hey, I would go to the article by Car and Driver I just posted for tire comparisons. Normally everyone has opinions, but they did scientific testing under the right conditions.
Having owned three of these tires in the test, I would say that they are SPOT ON, where these three fell out.
