Default unknown release handle

I found this handle when I was taking off my front bumper and it fell out. Does anyone know where this goes or what it does?

It goes to the air cleaner assembly. Should be two of them... Check your filter.

I believe that belongs to an airbox you no longer have.

You have a SLP Blackwing air intake on your car so the factory air filter straps, like you show, are not used on it. Most likely the previous owner installed the Blackwing and forgot to pull all the pieces from the factory air cleaner off the car.
