Been looking for a front splitter and think I like the APR Splitter the best but couple of questions for those that have them and/or know anything about them.
1) Does this splitter cause any cooling issues (at low speeds / highway speeds)
2) im torn on the turnbuckle type front supports. Are these required to be installed or could you run the splitter without them?
Call me what you will but I like a sport/performance aggressive look but I don't actually track the car or do more much more than cruising with the occasional spirited romp around some twisty corners when the mood strikes.

1) No, there is a rectangular cutout on the underside that allows air to find it's way up to the radiator. You can retain the 3 factory air-dams on the underside of the car to force air up to the radiator.
2) These are necessary if you're going to be driving the car fast. The splitter creates a significant amount of downforce and it's not an all-carbon fiber construction, just carbon layered on top of fiberglass. My fear would be that the splitter could crack from pressure since there is nothing fixing the front part to the car (this is where it will see the most stress)

Gottcha…. so you think the supports would be necessary or at the very least a good idea to go ahead and install. I first saw this splitter on a local buddies car and loved it but his car is all raced out and he uses it for just that. Didn't know how it would looking on my car and the idea of drilling holes in my bumper cover to find out is a hard pill to swallow for me. But boils down to either do it or don't.
Had no idea it was carbon over FG but I guess that why its not $800+ Glad to hear about the cooling though that was really my biggest concern. Thanks for the helpfully input.

I think it's a good idea to install them. Think of the splitter as a sort of diving board and the person is the air pressure. The only difference is that the diving board is designed to flex, the splitter isn't...
