Re-oiling a Blackwing
How much oil is enough or how much is too much when re-oiling a Blackwing filter. I just cleaned one of mine (I have 2), let it dry for a few days and am now ready to apply the oil. How do I know if I have enough oil sprayed on or if I applied too much. Any tips?

The key is to get good coverage on the filter but not to go crazy with the oil. I would bet there are some videos on YouTube or instructions available if you Google Blackwing cleaning and oiling.

A light spray of the oil is all that is need, if too much it can be pulled up onto the MAF and then you will have to clean the Filter again and also the MAF!
