Correct on the Tremec. Transmissions are the same but the maximum clutch pressure has been increased about 8-10% over 2001 and the clutch effort actually reduced a little.

from what I understand, the syncro's are made of a carbon fiber material in the '02's, as opposed to paper on the '01's also.....
