Exhaust order
I ordered an exhaust, Billy Boat, on April 16th and have yet to get it. Vendor said it was set to ship May 1 but has yet to arrive. Last two messages have gone unanswered. Can anyone advise if this normal for a Billy Boat? I did not order it direct but I feel the time is absurd.

you can always cancel and order from someone else....alternatively if you think the vendor is being untruthful call BB and ask them if there is a delay with your specific type of exhaust and make you decision based on that answer

I'd say something is wrong - no reason it should take this long if it in fact shipped on May 1. I'd set up a dispute with your CC company and let them contact the vendor.
