Is it bad to have both an x and h pipe? I made my own x for my Longtubes with my factory h and left the h in the back like stock. Is this hurting anything? Should I cut it out?

You built your own X pipe, but you left the H pipe in place? Why didn't you just build the X pipe to replace the whole unit?
Is it hurting anything...maybe some performance, doubt much else.

There are X piper for sale everywhere.
you can buy a X that replaces the H.
interesting concept...I would think it would not allow a free flow...what about the rear mufflers?
also, while on the topic...whats the average gain for headers and mufflers? I know they are a bit $$$ but fathers day, my b-day, and x-mas is coming up
