Default What's Missing?

I am the new owner of 1998 C5 Convertible. Inside the drivers side door behind the door pull there 3 holes that looks like something was there before. I can't find any pictures if the interior door with enough detail to see if this is all or what was there. Maybe just plugs, Anyone shed some light on this?

Now I get it....One plug covers all 3 holes. Thanks everyone for helping figure it out.

I didn't say he should buy then on that site, it was just a picture and description of the part. Yes local dealer probably will have them at a better price.
