Sticky steering wheel air bag?

Sticky steering wheel air bag?
Has anyone else had there air bag on the steering wheel get sticky? I tried an interior cleaner, did nothing. I haven't notice any other interior parts doing this, I'm wondering if the coatings are breaking down? I may try a light solvent but would like to hear from others before trying it.
