I am back in the C5 family. I had a 01 black coupe prior to the recession and sold it based on the unknown back in 2008.
Here we are in 2014 and I just purchase a 2001 Vert with 28K...woo hoo...back in the saddle again!
I swapped my calipers back in '07 myself and found a how-to thread with step-by-step pics/instructions that helped me through....I want to do again with my vert and can't find it .
Can someone help me find a step-by-step how-to thread with pics or a youtube video to help me through this?
Removing the calipers is stupid easy. Remove the two books on the back and unscrew the banjo bolt. Put on the new calipers, bleed the brakes and be on your way.

Thanks for the help...I understand the key steps...was looking for the key do's and don'ts...but since it is 'stupid easy'...and this is a forum of great helpfulness...I guess I'll figure it out.

LOL....
Congrats on getting back to a C5. I had a similar story but I was lucky enough to buy back my car from the friend I sold it to.
2001 - go in this order
RR/LF/LR/RF
Take off old caliper and pads. Good time to put new rotors and pads on if your not sure about the quality of the current ones.
Install new lines and caliper. Torque the caliper bolts to 125 which ain't easy on jack stands and limited space. You need a long arm torque wrench and red thread lock.
My advice is get yourself a Motive Products bleeding system on Amazon with the correct adapter for late model GM. Test the fit before you start your project. (They sent me a euro adapter first time by mistake). Other than that it's "Stupid Easy"
