Default Headlight Upgrade?

I am thinking about changing the headlights on my 2004 C5. Looking for input...does anyone have any experience with the Sun Gun Projector System for JW Motorsports. Also am open for any suggestions.

Thanks...

Our Bi-xenon projector headlights provide the greatest output and sharpest look in a bolt-on setup. We have two styles of headlights, one retains the pop up look and the other the more modern fixed headlights.

Our pop up system:

Our fixed headlight system:

Both systems use 55w HID light source in a high quality Bi-xenon projector to produce phenomenal output especially compared to the factory lights:

It say's "pop up look". Maybe I'm dense or misreading that statement but do the headlights still rotate up and down as normal with factory lights?

Yes, you are correct. The Bi-xenon ACA headlights open and close using the same factory mechanism. Only the reflector housing gets replaced. The rest of the factory headlight system remains.

Just bought the headlights from this vendor. Shipment came on time as promised (13 days).
Looking forward to having them installed.
Can anyone suggest a Corvette mechanic who could install them? I am located in the Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia area.
Thanks.

George, your webpage lists the HID light source for the Bi-Xenon kit as 70w but above you have 55w???? Can you clarify?

I have George's system installed on my C5, if I recall the ballasts are 70w and the HID bulbs are 55w.

I'm sure he'll chime in to clarify.

I tested it yesterday when I posted it and it worked? It was just the search results from "sun gun projectors". There was quite a few hits.
