i have charged my cars ac 2 times this summer and it leaked out in about 1 and a half weeks it works great when charged i have replaced all orings and still have the same problem
Or use a R134 sniffer. The part of the AC system inside the car will be hard to track the dye down. I'm betting it's the seals on the compressor itself but dye or a sniffer is the way to attack this.

Be sure and check the charging valves. I got a new to me c5 in May and just hooked up my gauges to check the charge. It was fine but after a few days my r134 was low and causing the compressor not to engage. the Schrader valves were leaking after being disturbed.
The schrader valves are notorioous for leaking. I have a slight leak in mine as well but it's coming from the seam on the compressor. From what I can tell these compressors tend to leak at the seam too so check that as well.

Hey man!!! I never touched your dang Schrader valves!!!
I need to recharge mine and have wondered about just what happened to you. It works fine now, but should be a whole bunch colder. This is what is making me think it just needs to be recharged. Was going to try that A/C Pro stuff.
Remember, it the best of cases, AC systems can't really lower the temp inside more than about 20 degrees. 100+ degree day and you might get it down into the 80's inside the cabin. If your cooling already and add too much refrigerant your going to have issues. The correct way to add refrigerant is to evacuate the system and add a known amount into the system.
