Default Wheel locks?

I don't have wheel locks, or I just can't find them. Any suggestions on a good set? Thanks

I'm running Gorilla wheel locks on my CCW's. Every single lug nut is a lock. The design of the key is pretty unique also. I'd recommend them.

Are a lot of stock Corvette wheels getting stolen in your area lately?

Did you replace all the regular lug nuts so as to have all wheel lock lug nuts with the same weight as opposed to just replacing one wheel lock lug nut which might not be the same weight as the regular lug nuts?

No, i just replaced them all because that's how the kit comes. It would also give a thief a harder time to break through every single lug nut lock. I really don't think there's a major difference in weight between a lock lug nut and a regular one.

Anybody have a link to the ones on amazon. I have ccw's now and just had another set of wheels stolen. Don't want that to happen to these. Would like to have the 5 locking lugs for each wheel.

That's honestly one of the best insurances for high dollar wheels. I could be wrong but i have only seen Amazon sell packs of 4. (One lock per wheel)

This is what you need... I'd give them a call to find a distributor or to get a price.

I didn't need the link and the link you posted is only for the 4 locks. I have posted the link for the system that replaces all the lugs nuts with locks.

#71633N is what I would need if I wanted chrome ones correct? I think that's the size they are (12mm x1.5).

I'm sure if the thieves are out to steal wheels they will have the proper key to steal your wheels anyway, I have heard that is like only 5 or 6 styles of locks, and most wheel thieves will have them all.

Just sayin'

Yes most likely but a lot of crimes are crimes of opportunity so anything that you can do to make it harder for the criminals is a good thing.

By the way the gorilla lug nut box states "5 times the protection of a single lock system". Not true, it's one time the protection since the criminal only needs the same lug nut lock key to remove all five lug nuts. It would be five times if all five lug nuts were different. So putting five lock lug nuts or just one and four regular is just the same. It will take the same time for the criminal to remove the lug nuts.
