Reverse lights not working

Ok, noticed last night that my reverse lights are not working, changed the bulbs, didn't help, changed the relay under the hood, didn't help what are the chances it's the switch on the transmission(6 speed) and the car is a 2000 coupe. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If they flash, your two choices are fuse 21 in the passenger floorboard, or the reverse light on the transmission, or both. If the switch shorted to ground, it will blow the fuse. If it opens, the lights won't work, but the fuse will be good. Read the link provided in the post above for pictures of where it's located. The switches are a common failure item.
