After installing my back up camera, I still couldn't see behind me at night. I picked these up and they fixed my issue. I know they look C6ish but problem solved

Those do look good, but as said above, there are several forum vendors that sell very bright LED lights that will really enable you to see well when backing up. May be too late now, but if you decide in the future to go a different route, contact JW Motoring or theradioflyer and see what they can set you up with.
The important thing is that you are now able to see better when backing up - that can save a lot of headache.
I've seen the listed upgrades from various vendors. Since I have my original reverse lights covered with smoked covers, they restrict the light from those locations. These were designed as fog/driving lights and they almost completely fill the opening in the bumper. Not sure how long they will last but the price was very reasonable.
You should have ordered a set of the LED reverse lights from one of the forum vendors. The ones I have allow me see 25ft behind the car.
Don't get me wrong, those don't look bad.
it would have been the easiest fix for the problem. the ones i have really light up the car rear area and i have no problems seeing my rear view images easily.
Where can you get replacement LED back-up lights that are much brighter than the bulbs that fit in the OEM enclosure?
I bought LED back up lights from a forum vendor a few years ago. They were not as bright as the oem bulbs . I returned them and he honored the refund policy. However, I would still like to have brighter back up lights.

Cree bulbs. I think they're like 80 watt, or some ridiculous number. Got mine off of fleabay. These things are brighter than my headlights.
