AC won't blow hard-help

Default AC won't blow hard-help
My ac turns on but won't blow hard. I turn it up but still stays at the lowest setting. What can I do?

So when you push the fan up button does the display show going up, but the fan doesn't increase?

That's exactly it. It will turn on but when I turn it up, the display will go up but the vents won't blow any harder.

Sorry for the poor description but that's for all the help!!!

The first thing I would do is pull the codes.
How about defroster? Does the fan work as it should?
It is possible you have a blend door issue.
