You need both, HP and TQ, Can't have one without the other. I want a lot of HP with a lot of TQ.

These questions/topics are non-sense.
Horsepower is a function of torque.
If you know the torque and rpm anywhere in the powerband, you can calculate the horsepower.
It's a simple formula.

Hey Luke, isn't it torque times rpm divided by 5252? I think that's it but not positive.

It depends on the type of dyno as to what is measured exactly. Dynojet or inertia dynos measure horsepower, while load-bearing (dyno dynamics, mustang, etc), directly measure torque. Then the other figure can be computed mathematically if the dyno is able to input engine RPM.
HP = TQ * RPM / 5252
At the end of the day, I am all about horsepower "under the curve" or average horsepower.

Talk about torque...
The 1970 Buick GSX with the 455 engine had nearly 350 horsepower and had 510 lb-ft of torque.

My dad bought a 1967 Buick Wildcat new, it's still in the top 20 factory cars on Hot Rod magazine. I got my drivers license in 68, need I say more.
