Default 15 mph door lock

I have set the feature for my doors to lock when car reaches 15 mph. Unfortunately the doors do not lock once I reach that speed.
Could that just be a blown fuse or ? Thanks for any help.

Do the doors lock with the key FOB? How about with the lock switch on the door??

By chance is the floor in the passenger footwell wet???
The door lock on the driver side does not lock with the fob and also does not lock with the switch. It does unlock with the fob.
The floor is dry.

Thanks. I did see posts regarding replacing relays. Will look them up again.
Do these relays are connected with the 15 mph door lock feature?

THere is a lot of info about relays on the door control modules failing and causing any of multiple door lock problems. Locks but won't unlock. won't lock but unlocks OK etc. Here is one link I found that has some info about replacing the relays:

http://www.valleyvettes.ca/door_module.html

The one I have seen that had a lot more detail was on a web site that is no longer valid.

New door control modules if available are over $400 so a relay replacement is worth the effort.
I will read up on it and will look to replace faulty relays (if that is the problem).
Fortunately I can manually lock the door before getting out so this is not a critical repair.
Thanks for all the help.

Great info - will keep this on file for reference.

And to the OP - please update this thread when you solve the problem. Would like to know what you find.

I have all the info needed on relay replacements including P/Ns and which ones are for the lock (2), mirror heater (1), and windows (1). Total of 4.

Not at home but if you need it I can post it here.

I have a 2003 ZO6 and have had times when the doorlocks didn't work with the fob. Try squirting a little WD40 into the keyhole and work it open and closed a few times with the key inserted. After about the 3rd time, it'll pop the trunk open, so be sure to check this. Try this and see if it frees up the action with the fob.

I never knew our cars had this option. Do you set this through the options button on the dash?

Here is info on relay replacement.

In the attached Thread pictures the three relays on the left are all alike with the bottom two being for the door locks and the top one for the mirror heating element. The Digi-Key part number is 255-1240-ND and you can find it at Digi-Key - 255-1240-ND (Manufacturer - JSM1-12V-5).

The relay on the right is for the windows and is different since it is a two switch style. The window relay is a Mouser Stock number is 551-EP2-3N1S.

Here is the link for pictures:

Do yourself a favor and replace both of the lock relays. I had a friend fix mine. The first time he did the one that he thought looked bad. The next night he had to do the other one. Do them both. They're cheap and only take a few minutes to do.
