It seems to get what I want, I have always had to hunt far away from home.
Last Corvette was in Texas, the 56 truck was in Ill. and this one in Ohio.
I'm not complaining though, as I do get what I want eventually.

As far as the Coffee Breakfast deal goes, if we make it for Sunday, the Z06 will have a better chance of being here with the few extra days.

I'm sure you know this already or its not a concern for you because you have a warranty, but I'd consider getting those exhaust valves replaced for peace of mind. At the same time it would be the perfect time to do heads/cam

Oops, I missed these last replies, sorry. 
It isn't here yet, in fact it's suppost to be loaded up and leaving in the morning of Sept. 3rd and arriving here on the 9th or 10th, but we'll see how that goes.
I was hoping for about a week sooner, but........
Anyway, if things go as planned now, I may / should have it for the breakfast get together, we'll see.
ScumOne, the air race event is Sept. 10th - 14th. We don't know when we're having the breafast deal yet. It depends on Michael's schedule. I 'm sure something will get posted up next week though.

As to the wiggle test / valve problems, it doesn't appear to be a problem with this one TO DATE. I'll be keeping my eyes and ears open for it though. If no problems arrive, my thinking is to take it in before the GMPP expires for a complete check up and tests. If anything is found and there probably will be, they can have at it for whatever needs replacing / repairing. At that time I'll consider upgrading the heads / headwork / rockers / headers and such. 
Time will tell.
However, I won't be doing any of that now, so the warranty stays valid.
