1999 will not restart

1999 will not restart
I start my 1999 and it ran for 10 second and quite like I had turn off the key and now when you try too start gauges jump and DIC shows low voltage and turns over good but no start. Any help is appreciated.

First start by charging your battery. If the battery is old it may be part of your issue. Might consider having it load tested at your local auto store. Needs to be charged first but they can do that too if you don't have a charger.
C5's electronics don't like low voltage. May also be the ignition switch which can cause similar issues.
Pull your DIC codes and post them.

No.If I let it set for 10 min. the gauges stop flashing and jumping and it will start but shut it off and you have same problem

charged battery and it started. but when I went to restart the low voltage came back on. clear codes and put on slow charge. started next day drove 20 mile and seems fine but ordered new switch, I think that may have been cause of problem. also left on for 5 min. to reset sercureity code. We will see
